Let me hold you once again, in my loving embrace
And feel the contours of defeated love in your face.
Let me run my moist fingers through your raven hair,
And let me gaze at your beauty, as long as I can dare.
I still hear your cries for help ringing in my ears,
My soul shivers, my tears mingle with your tears.
On stormy nights like this, your blood boils in my veins,
I cry and rise, one with your sorrows and pains.
I hold you closer and closer, till my heart beats with yours,
Oblivious to the still eerie night and the peering stars.
You weep, I sigh and when you helplessly scream, I cry.
As I move on slowly, remembering it all, every day I die.
